Moody's KMV Names Charles Stewart Senior Director of Credit Strategies Group
SAN FRANCISCO - May 8, 2006 - Moody's KMV, the world's leading provider of quantitative credit risk solutions, today announced that Charles Stewart has joined the firm in London as a Senior Director in its Credit Strategies Group. In his role, Mr. Stewart will focus on providing thought leadership and a unique perspective on issues such as active credit portfolio management and the evolution of credit risk analysis. Mr. Stewart will also support the development of the firm's relationships with current and prospective clients.
Mr. Stewart, most recently Portfolio Trading Director for Barclays Bank PLC's UK Banking operations, was responsible for the active management of the bank's credit risk assets at the portfolio level. Prior to this position at Barclays, Mr. Stewart had 20 years experience as a commercial banker in corporate credit risk management, sales and customer relationship management, product management and capital markets related activity.
